Vendor Site

Food and Retail Vendors are welcome to participate in the Ringwood Highland Games and Celtic Festival.

Sites will be available as follows:

  1. Small, 3m frontage x 6m deep @ $150
  2. Medium, 6m frontage x 6m deep @ $250
  3. Large, 9m frontage x 6m deep @ $350
  4. XLarge, >9m frontage - negotiable depending on requirements
Vendors participating in the Games receive the following benefits:
  • involvement in a unique multi-cultural festival, the only one of it's kind in metropolitan Melbourne
  • anticipated attendance of 4,500-5,000
  • potential to be a sponsor, with associated advertising benefits
  • support on our social media, with links to the vendor's own social media
  • advertising in the event programme
  • advertising on our website, with links to the vendors website/social media
  • exposure via printed flyers and handouts as we continue to promote the event
  • ongoing website exposure through 2020 and beyond, via inclusion in our website's previous event photo pages
  • parking and water available at the venue
